How a windshield goes in

What actually happens in the hour your car is with us.

Step 01 ~15 min
Cut out & prep
The old windshield comes out, every trace of old urethane is trimmed to a thin, even layer, and the pinch-weld is cleaned and primed. This is the part nobody sees — and the part that decides whether the glass leaks in two winters.

Step 02 ~10 min
Set the glass
A continuous urethane bead goes down, then two techs lower the windshield onto it with suction-cup handles, aligned to the factory marks so the mouldings sit flush and wind noise stays out.

Step 03 30–60 min
Calibrate & cure
If the vehicle has a forward camera, it's recalibrated to spec in-house. The adhesive cures to safe drive-away strength and you're gone — usually inside the hour.
